Prior to starting a 23-year long career in Real Estate sales, Ryan transitioned from farm life to construction at the age of 14 working alongside his late grandfather – Dee Behunin and uncles Tom, Jeff, Vince and Troy Behunin all of whom had a huge influence and impact in teaching Ryan the grind and artform of brick laying, in addition to the demands of epoxy coatings in the roughest of conditions while hammering home the importance of a good education. Likely the 7th generation of Behunin family members in the world of construction and coatings, Ryan has teamed up with his cousin Nathan Behunin at Earthquake Epoxy LLC with the mission of helping take an already successful company to the next level throughout Colorado, the Western half of the United States and beyond. Armed with their late Uncle Tom’s Behunin’s motto, “If it’s too hard for them, it’s just right for us,” Ryan is the sales and relationship builder at Earthquake Epoxy LLC committed to proving that their company legacy is in honoring those before them who helped make the world a better place doing a job right and ensuring everyone who earns it has a seat at the table. Managing expectations and building relationships is Ryan’s specialty in creating clients for life!

Together the Parker family loves to travel, watch movies, explore nature, study stars, fish, ride their horses, restore old pickup trucks and fellowship with family and friends.
